OSHA "MOCK INSPECTION” & FOLLOW-UP REPORT

Fee: $595 per Office

If you’ve attended training outside your practice, it is essential to have your facility inspected every so often to make sure that you’re in compliance and prepared for the unexpected visit by "OSHA", the Dental Board of California, or insurance company audits and inspections.

We provide a one hour “mock inspection” of your practice facility, checking your Injury & Illness Prevention Manual ("OSHA" Manual), SDS and chemical inventory list, record keeping, labeling and more. We follow up with a twelve page comprehensive written report on areas of compliance and non-compliance. This report allows your practice to make modifications required to comply with "OSHA" standards.
A reasonable travel expense will be assessed for areas outside a 60 mile radius of Sacramento, California. Download and submit the registration form to sign up. We will contact you to discuss fee structure.

Rest easy, schedule your inspection now.
