Margaret J. Fehrenbach, RDH,
MS
Ms. Fehrenbach is a dental hygienist and has her Master in Oral
Biology. She presents seminars in oral biology and pain control
across the United States. She recently was an Adjunct Faculty
member in the Dental Hygiene Program at Marquette University,
Milwaukee. She has authored and contributed to several textbooks
for the Elsevier Company such as the Illustrated Anatomy of the
Head and Neck (primary author) and Oral Pathology for Dental Hygienists
(contributor), as well as articles for Access, Journal of Dental
Hygiene, Journal of Practical Hygiene, and RDH Magazine. She has
also presented at both the ADA and ADHA Annual Sessions and RDH's
Under One Roof.

Gaebrielle
Coulter, RDA, BS
Gaebrielle Coulter began her career twenty years ago
as a Registered Dental Assistant and Dental Practice Coordinator.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
She is currently the HR Director and a Continuing Education Instructor
for dentassist. Gaebrielle authors dental continuing education curriculum
and instructs dental professionals in OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens
training and the eight hour Infection Control course for the unlicensed
dental assistant. Her passion for the dental profession and expertise
is evident in her educational lectures.

Lisa Saiia,
RDA
Lisa Saiia, a Registered Dental Assistant, began her career in
1973. Ms. Saiia is founder, owner and director of dentassist,
a temporary and permanent placement service specializing in dentistry,
established in 1982. She is founder and owner of dentassist.com,
a continuing education online web site for dental licensees and
formerly a principal partner in Management Works, a dental management
and clinical consulting firm.
Ms. Saiia is founder of the Women in Dentistry Conference, celebrating
and educating women in the dental profession. She is a speaker and
has published numerous articles for dental association publications.
She authors dental curriculum for continuing education. Ms. Saiia
is an advisor for the 49er Regional Occupational Program for Dental
Assisting for fifteen years. She is a former American Red Cross
First Aide and CPR Instructor, training dental professionals and
is a certified Mass Care, Shelter Operations and Disaster Relief
volunteer providing her humanitarian services in the Hurricane Katrina
Disaster Relief Operations.

Ann DaPrato,
RDA
Ann DaPrato has been in dentistry since 1979. She
began her dental career as a Registered Dental Assistant in Sacramento,
California. During her clinical years, Ms. DaPrato chairside assisted
and performed Front Office Administration duties. In 1993, she
left clinical practice to pursue a teaching career at High-Tech
Institute in the Dental Assisting department. There she facilitated
the Dental Assisting Program approval process through the Dental
Board of California, was a dental assisting instructor in a classroom
and lab setting, as well as administrator and manager of the Dental
Department. She was then given the position of Director of Education
for all vocational diploma and degree programs offered at High-Tech
Institute. In this position she was responsible for curriculum
content and updates for all programs offered. Ann has been employed
at dentassist as Career Advisor and Operations Manager from 1998
to 2007. Ms. DaPrato worked as a continuing education Instructor
and authors dental continuing education curriculum.
